About Me
Hi, my name is Jacqueline. I come from a family that grew up and lives in Springfield, the “Queen City”. I am a Southwest Baptist University alumnus, and proud to call the “Queen City” my home. I left Springfield in 2009 and moved to Kansas to initiate my career in long-term care. I have been a licensed nursing home administrator since 2010. After a nine-year run as an administrator, I felt throughout the last half of my career that I was not entirely happy and satisfied. After much self-discovery I knew my skills and compassion were not being used wisely behind a desk, as my passion has always been a hands-on teaching style. I decided to end my career as an administrator, and I moved back to Springfield in 2018. I knew my passion was working with seniors, but I was not sure what direction to take, so I worked as a personal care aide providing hands-on private duty services to senior clients in their homes; it gave me a whole new perspective of the industry, and many teachable moments. During my time as a personal care aide I knew my family needed assistance with caring for my grandma who had advanced Dementia. I decided to dedicate half of my time of helping my grandma by providing companionship and care for over half a year, as well as providing community service to the Springfield/Nixa area. It was an invaluable time that taught me so much about Alzheimer’s/Dementia as well as blessing me with one-on-one companionship with a grandmother that I always cherished. I have shared a picture of my grandfather and grandmother, whom I was very close to. As time passed, I needed to figure out what was my next step in my career. After praying and letting God help me see my vision, I knew I wanted to continue to work with seniors, but in a different aspect — guiding them through the next step or two of when to look for outside services and care and assist with relieving them from the stress during the transition.

moving/downsizing, real estate broker). - I have done the legwork so you and/or your family won’t have to find resources or communities on
your own. - I provide a concierge referral service that goes over and beyond competitors.
- I meet with the client and/or family in person VERSUS only speaking to the client via phone/email.
- I provide step-by-step guidance to the client/family with the best options for the client, and assist the client through the entire process VERSUS giving you a list of a few communities to select from based on your preferences and letting you do the rest of the work.
- I can set up appointments for the client to meet with community representatives and I am present throughout the tours and admission process VERSUS having you complete the groundwork and finish the process on your own.
- I have visited and toured most of the communities in Greene and Christian County VERSUS my competitors that do not visit the communities.
- I can provide transportation for the client (client only) if family/friends are not available to transport the client for tours VERSUS the client having to pay outside services to transport or rely on family/friends to transport when it’s convenient for their busy schedule.
- I can complete a cost comparison of moving companies and set up a moving company for move-in day VERSUS leaving the moving details on your hectic plate.
- I make sure the process of moving into a community is the best decision for you VERSUS hoping you will choose a community that will pay me for your move-in while you did all the homework.
- I can make recommendations and meet with outside agencies if services are needed in the home VERSUS giving you a list of outside agencies and leaving you to do the homework.
- I only select the best communities and services for my Preferred List VERSUS my competitors striving to contract with every community so they can refer you to any community so they can get paid quickly and easily.

Payment For Services
The consultation is complimentary.
Consultation is merely to decide if Senior Living Guidance is a good fit for the client and can Senior Living Guidance find the services requested by the client. Senior Living Guidance’s Preferred List will not be shared until a contract is signed.
The client will need to sign a contract between Senior Living Guidance and the client for an hourly rate upon consultation if the client decides to use Senior Living Guidance. The contract provides services such as guidance and suggestions towards choosing an outside agency to come into the home to provide services, senior living options, transportation, if needed, to view communities, financial questions answered, and long-term care solutions.
The client can terminate the contract at any point, however, if services were rendered beforehand the client is obligated to pay for said services. The company typically sends an invoice after services are completed or the client wants to pause services.
Mileage will not be charged to the client if he/she lives within a ten (10) mile radius of the City limits of Springfield; Senior Living Guidance will charge the client at the current IRS rate for each mile past the said radius.
