What is Senior Living Guidance?
The consulting company is locally owned, and not operated by corporate. The company provides eldercare advising and external resources. Some people think Senior Living Guidance is the same as the company’s national competitors, Caring.Com or A Place For Mom, but the company offers much more services and provides a personal touch not only to the client, but also to the professionals the company partners with. The company is a one-stop shop for clients and/or their family by not only providing in-depth information about the senior living communities and in-home care companies, but also resources/education for estate planning, Medicaid process, preserving assets, VA benefits/assist, financial advising, moving/downsizing, housekeeping, real estate, hospice, and home health. The company has toured most of Greene and Christian County as well as parts of Webster County’s senior living communities, and as well as interviewing/researching in-home care/home health and hospice companies. A select number of communities/agencies/professionals in the community are on the company’s Preferred List. The Preferred List is what the company highly recommends to the client compared to other similar companies in the community. Senior Living Guidance only recommends the best services in town.
How does it work?
To start the process a client and/or family would contact the company either via phone, website inquiry or email. The company responds to the client and sets up a complimentary consultation with the client in his/her home. Upon arrival the company will go over its services, discuss the needs of the client, and briefly provide advising. Payment of services begin when the client signs a contract with the company and the company provides names/resources from the Preferred List. The company can be of much service to the client as the client wishes. If the client needs transportation to view senior living communities, the company does provide the transportation (client only).
